		<description>Thanks so much for your comment!  Yes, the ingredient list does seem daunting, doesn&#039;t it!  Most of it is spice though- to get a rice mole flavor.  I would say that I have this to about 25-30 minutes prep and only one cutting board, bowl and pan messed up, so pretty easy in the whole scheme of things.

I love your idea for ground lentils.  Even though we have the cooked an pureed lentils on hand most of the time- we do occasionally run out and ground would work excellent in a pinch.</description>

Try using ground lentils some time, instead of having to cook the lentils ahead of time. Add some boiling water and they&#039;re basically cooked, - and you can then add spices, vegetables, rice, etc.</description>
